Vibro-Acoustic Therapy (VAT) uses low-frequency sound vibrations and music played through a therapy table & cushion to relax your body and nervous system. It is gentle, non-invasive, and highly effective for stress relief, pain management, and emotional balance.

Clients often describe it as a full-body sound massage. You may feel gentle waves of vibration moving through your body while calming music plays. Most people feel deeply relaxed, and some enter a meditative or dreamlike state.

No effort is required. Simply lie down, breathe, and receive. You remain fully clothed and can let your body and mind relax as deeply as needed.

Absolutely! Many people fall asleep during a session, and the benefits continue regardless. Sleep is often a sign that your body is deeply resting and healing.

You are welcome to communicate if you need anything, but the session is intended to be a silent, peaceful experience. Most clients choose to rest in stillness.

Most people leave feeling relaxed and grounded. Occasionally, emotions or physical sensations may arise as energy clears—this is a normal part of the healing process and usually resolves quickly.

VibroAcoustic Therapy is gentle and suitable for most people. However, if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, seizure disorders, or a recent surgery, please consult your healthcare provider first.
