GSR - Galvanic Skin Resistance is a measurement of the the state of the Autonomic Nervous System, one of the governing systems in the body. It is a direct way to measure the state of the Limbic Brain connected to emotions and the sub-conscious.
In this session, a normal user was able to reach 450% relaxation vs the baseline in just 15 mins.
In another measurement taken on an experienced meditator, a relaxation level of more than 800% was recorded in a 20mins session
